Solaris

Solaris has been great so far. People have complained about pests, but as long as you keep your place clean this should not be an issue (It's SouthEast Austin, there are pests everywhere). Parking, however has not been so pleasant, especially if you work late. I have gotten home from work at 2:30am and it has been impossible for me to find open resident spots...however, there are plenty of open "RESERVED" spaces...hmmm....I see how they get you.... The walls and floors are pretty thin so if you don't mind a little noise from your neighbors it shouldn't be a problem. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance crew responded to my service request quickly and efficiently. The studio apartment is actually a fantastic size! I was definitely expecting it to be smaller. The pool looks really nice so I am excited for them to open it. Laundry facilities are currently under construction; excited to stay on-site to do my laundry. Overall, Solaris is a decent place to live considering the price. It is nearby pretty much everything you'll ever need and the floor plans awesome.

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in.

Ever since I moved to Solaris in March of 2015 I’ve had a blast. I’ve been a resident here for over 3 years now. The maintenance team is very responsive and does a great job at helping solve problems. The are of the apartments are great your by every food restaurant you need. The pool is beautiful and I love the office activities they invite there residents too. Christian is the best employee that works in the office. She’s always happy and helps me every time. Every time I have a problem she saves the day. So if you want a great apartment to live in come on down and see Christian.

Great staff!

My time being here at the Solaris apartments has been fantastic! The view that I see everyday is just beautiful! So happy they fixed the pool :) I never felt so homey and feel very comfortable going to talk to Christian in the office whenever I have a problem with whatever it might be. She is a rock star and her personality towards others is great! Thank You for giving me such genuine care. Your very much appreciated.

MY experience

Solaris is my first apartments that I’ve lived in for the past 2 years. I really like where the location is because we are around everything. From grocery stores, fast food restaurants and dog parks. Any issues I have ever had Christian has been on top of her game. Always making sure I’m taken care of and I never have trouble. Great service given, she deserves some recognition!

My 3rd Year

So I'm getting ready to sign my 3rd year lease here at Solaris. All the staff here are professional, helpful, and friendly. I particularly want to provide some individual recognition to Christian. She is a pleasure to work with, and always upbeat; providing exceptional resident services. I have had three maintenance issues since I moved in, and all of them were dealt with quickly and fixed completely. This is an older Complex, and there are some issues with roaches. I manage to keep them under control by keeping the sinks clean, and using a few effective products routinely. I really enjoy living here because of all the things listed above, the location, affordability and floor plan. I highly recommend.

Very happy so far!!

Great staff, smooth move in, so far I have enjoyed my move to Solaris! My maintenance requests were answered quickly and resolved! The staff is willing to help with any issues :)

Great service

Christian is hands down the best! Since I moved here, almost a year ago she's been a big help and has made sure I've been taking care of. She has a positive attitude and gets all my problems fixed! I love when I get great costumer service and she's been awesome! Keep up the good work and thank you once again!!

Doing the best they can

I read the reviews before I moved in an I can tell you I was very terrified!!! The property not only is not what I expected, when you call them for something they fix it in record time, the ladies in the office are very sweet, the clean up the neighborhood all the time, bug problem? They will make sure it is handled but part of that is team work and making sure your place is clean!!

Review

So far so good! I actually love my new place, I may stay longer than the lease wants me to. There's a few minor things here and there (paeking) but other than that the staff is very helpful.
